An energising yoga journey weaving together dynamic Vinyasa yoga, mantra, mudra, and sound into a deeply embodied and collective experience.

Inspired by the archetypal energies of Durga, Saraswati, and Lakshmi, this practice invites you to awaken strength, creativity and abundance through fluid movement, rhythmic breath, and devotional practice. Flowing sequences build heat and vitality, while mantra and mudra open a space to connect with the many expressions of Shakti within.

More than a yoga class, Shakti Flow becomes a shared ceremonial space that unfolds through the collective energy. As movement, sound, and presence begin to merge, the experience expands into a living expression of connection, empowerment and inner radiance.

The journey concludes with a restorative sound Savasana accompanied by Tibetan singing bowls: an invitation to soften, integrate, and rest within the resonance of the practice.
