Inanna Fronius is a passionate and experienced full time yoga teacher.

Her love for yoga has led her all over the world and allowed her to study with many different teachers and lineages.

The versatility and richness of the yoga practice never cease to amaze her and what started out as a movement practice has long become a way of life. Since seven years Inanna shares her knowledge and love for yoga through teacher trainings, classes, retreats and workshops.

Over the years Inanna has developed her own unique style in which she combines playful and creative flow elements with the energetic depths of traditional practices like pranayama, mudra and bandha.

Her flows are dynamic or gentle, yet always focussing on conscious breathing and mindful movement as well a clear connection how the yoga practice can be integrated and lived in everyday life.

She experiences every day through her practice how the ancient and modern teachings of yoga offer the tools to actively create a more joyful, mindful and healthy life. Therefore, her deepest wish is to support and guide others on their unique path to create the life they truly want.
